At Built to Last, we sell digital products only — including ebooks, training guides, and nutrition resources. Because these are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is strictly limited.


Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase.

Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.


Eligibility

Refunds within the 24-hour window will only be granted in the following cases:

  • You did not receive the download link due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it.
