All products sold by Built to Last are digital downloads (PDF ebooks, training guides, and similar digital materials). No physical products will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via the email address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and that you can access it.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, processed securely by Shopify and its approved payment partners. Built to Last does not store your payment card information.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads and are delivered immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility is strictly limited.

Refund window: Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase. Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Eligibility for refund: Refunds within the 24-hour window will only be granted in the following cases:

  • You did not receive the download link due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged for a product you did not receive and cannot access.
  • A duplicate or accidental purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description
  • The product has already been downloaded or accessed
  • Personal preferences regarding the content

To request a refund, contact us at builttolasthq@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

When you purchase a digital product from Built to Last, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use license to access and use the content for your own personal fitness and educational purposes.

You may not:
